Not bad, but I don't like the Warriors logo placement and color, his pic looks kind of strange with the effects on it and the way it's rotated, and the text needs to be redone. How long have you been doing graphics work for?
The text stands out to much, bad font, its just kinda floating out there. I would try to blend him more. Background effects arnt bad
