IBF light welterweight champion Zab Judah (41-6, 28 KO’s) says he’s going to beat WBA light welterweight champion Amir Khan (25-1, 17 KO’s) so bad on July 23 that his trainer Freddie Roach will never even consider allowing Judah to fight his number #1 gravy train fighter Manny Pacquiao.

Judah has a good point. If he whips Khan you can pretty much forget Roach being eager to allow Pacquiao to fight Judah, even though they both have different promoters. Roach probably won’t want to see another fighter of his get beaten. Judah is a lot better fighter now that he’s being trained by boxing great Pernell Whitaker and he’s done a lot to make Judah harder to hit. We saw Pacquiao getting out-boxed by 39-year-old Shane Mosley during extended periods of time in his last fight. If a shot fighter like Mosley can do that to Pacquiao imagine what Judah could do as well.
