A federal district court judge on Wednesday ruled that President Trumpcan't block people from viewing his Twitter feed over their political views.

Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, said President Trump’s Twitter account is a public forum and blocking people who reply to his tweets with differing opinions constitutes viewpoint discrimination, which violates the First Amendment.

The court’s ruling is a major win for the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University, which brought the lawsuit on behalf of seven people who were blocked from the @realDonaldTrump account because of opinions they expressed in reply tweets.

Dumb. Do these same people get equal time on the news networks when Trump gives a state of the union speech now?

We really need to get rid of judges and go with robots.

"President Trump’s Twitter account is a public forum and blocking people who reply to his tweets with differing opinions constitutes viewpoint discrimination, which violates the First Amendment."

Seems fair to me. Trump uses twitter to attack and insult people all the time. Rather snowflakey of him that he bans people who insult him back.

The weird part is, Twitter has banned people for freedom of speech whether it be wrong or right. Also, take the block feature off twitter then. Makes no sense to keep it.

Apparently Trump didn't block anyone from viewing his tweets, just replying.

Let's pretend his tweets were an official announcement like a speech, the public doesn't get to just stand up and scream whatever they want and not be removed from the crowd.

    This judge will be overturned.

They are allowed to block him, as you are.

So the President should be able to be indicted, right?
