A nice little article about him was posted yesterday on the team website: http://www.nba.com/sonics/news/hodge070715.html Who knows? -- if he plays his cards right he could earn some PT in the regular season. I, for one, am really excited for him.
He really needs to work on shooting the ball. He doesn't seem to have much confidence in his jump shot. I saw him pass up wide open shots on numerous occasions. He's got some hesitation while taking the jumper. Once he gets the confidence up, he should be able to shoot free throws too. It's unfortunate what happened to him though. I like the way he's approaching things now though. It's good to have that mindset.
Just looking at SL stats, he put up a pair of nice games: @ DAL: 14/10, 8-10 FTM-A @ MIL: 15/4, 11-15 FTM-A Doesn't look like he has a problem attacking the rim... confidence in his jumper could be an issue, as most of his points came from the line, but that should come in time. Plus he says he's been working hard on defense, so that should help his case.
