I think he was high. Here's a question my GF asked me, why doesn't he get arrested??? He just admitted on national TV infront of millions of kids that he smokes pot, which is illegal. Am I missing something here.

yea its possesion of drugs thats illegal, what i dont understand is y don t the cops try and bust him when hes in possesion they know he has the stuff y dont they just bust him. He has a high voice makes him sound wierder than he looks

That's called "entrapment." And pot smoking is a misdemeanor. Now, if he admitted to killing someone... Well, you get the idea.
