If we make the playoffs does Kaman enter the rotation and play a significant role - our "secret" or "stashed" weapon?

No. It'll take another year or so for him to complete his transition to a stretch 5.

Kaman played with LMA last season, he knows... he knows what a little bitch LMA is. I'm sure he'll have a few elbows and hard fouls to remind him he was never going to be the greatest anything here.

My point! He's getting time at practice I'm sure, but saving energy now. Come playoffs the game tightens, rotations shorten and it's much more of a half court game. And if we do make the playoffs we might as well go in fighting; I think Kaman could play a significant role come playoff time - especially off the bench.

He didn't play long enough to break a sweat and playing with the 3rd string ain't quite like playing with the starters...Kaman can hoop and in the playoffs can give you some production. I'm glad he's healthy when the playoffs come because last season he started great and limped into the post season injured

I like the idea. If we end up in the #7 or 8 spot, he can bang for a few minute with Benedict Aldridge or Bogut. Between Kaman and Meyers' goofiness and deceptively physical play, there will be some frustrated opponents! They'll need counseling between games.

If we stay in the #6 spot and get OKC or the Clippers, I don't see Kaman being better than the main rotation options.

I thought this at the beginning of the season: That they would keep Kaman rested and healthy for the playoffs. Now I'm less sure about that.

Montero is going to have a Zach Randolph like impact on the first round this year. Mark my words!

When Kaman came here, he had an excellent hook shot. He was slow rotating his body on defense, but used his height very well to dominate on offense. Now he's so rusty from not playing, you think you hear a door creaking but it's him on the bench. Blazer management should have kept this option alive, but they killed his career, as they did for Dorell Wright.

It's too late to use him. He's a dead man walking, and it was unnecessary.

    No Kaman won't play.

But I do wonder about Noah Vonleh? He's not ready for a prime time starting role on the big stage. Seems like the playoffs may be setting him up for failure. I could see Stotts starting Hendo at SF with Aminu at PF. Could depend on matchup too.

That has NOTHING to do with this thread.

Good god, I was really hoping it was a shtick, but I really do think your posts say you lack reading comprehension.

It will be quite shocking for the opponent when Kaveman hits an elbow jumper, gets doubled on the bounce in the post and turns the ball over, and needs an oxygen tank after 3 trips down the court.
I'm sure by now they've lost his scouting report.....

All he has to do is piss off Draymond Green and get him ejected...then he can suck on an oxygen tank for the rest of the game..mission accomplished
