Clippers center Chris Kaman, who suffered a sprained left ankle earlier this week, is not expected to play in the regular-season opener Wednesday against the Seattle SuperSonics. Kaman was hurt three nights ago in an exhibition loss to Golden State. The injury occurred when he was running down court and got tangled with teammate Bobby Simmons. Kaman fell and rolled his ankle in the process. "I saw him (Kaman) today, and it doesn't look good," Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy said after the team's practice Friday. "It's ugly and very discolored. He's still on crutches and will be for awhile. They said he'd be out at least a week but it looks more like two weeks, probably."</div> Kaman was them ost durable player last year playing every game, but he's out for little time, the injuries just keep stacking up as Kittles is also out, but at least Brand is back.
