Kareem gave us a taste of his skills in the playoffs last year and needs to step up and start showing why the Lakers or anybody else for that matter should pay him millions of dollars. We know he has the skills, he needs to quit pouting and start making some shots and become the sixth man he could be. When we get these big leads, he should be the guy to drop the bombs and put other teams away. I don't understand his thinking, if he doesn't produce now, he will never be worth anything on the market. If he could just put up some numbers we could package him in a trade to another team, but as it stands nobody would take him.
He's doing nothing right now. He's getting a mere 7.6 minutes per game, not nearly enough time to do anything productive. Aside from that, he's only 2/12 from the field. So, not only is he not getting minutes, but he's not doing anything in the ones he gets.
