Kroenke did not actually leave the ground following the Nuggets' 96-76 win against the New York Knicks at the Pepsi Center, Denver's third consecutive victory since Karl became coach Thursday. But maybe if the Nuggets win a few more he will try to outleap Martin. Martin was head and shoulders above everyone.
