Re: Karo Parisyan was hopped up on painkillers last fight Two observations: First, why are painkillers a big deal? They are allowed in the NFL, NBA, NHL, golf, tennis, whatever. Second, it would seem any advantage gained from painkillers would be more than off-set by the negative side effects.
Re: Karo Parisyan was hopped up on painkillers last fight The rule is you have to disclose any medication you are on prior to the fight, which Parisyan claims he did (but only after the fight, saying he took a pain pill the night before). Expect him to contest the ruling but wind up getting 6-9 months regardless.
