    Karo couldn't afford to pay his fine stemming from his last suspension, meaning he was not issued a license to fight. His fine was $32,000 and it was unpaid. I suppose he expected everything to blow over like when he was on drugs last time... which is to say he is a totally irresponsible professional.

    Dustin Hazelett was paid his purse to show and his win bonus because Dana White is classy like that, though he never gets credit for the good stuff he does.

    Fuck! I was looking forward to that fight.

    Since Spike is already showing two of the prelims it seems likely now we'll get to see the whole fight card over the five-hour show.

    Couldn't he have gotten a loan? I mean waiting to the last minute knowing this would happen... so fucked up.

    Or maybe that's just his excuse and he really isn't over his very serious anxiety issues...

    Wow, that's the reason why... not smart at all.

    He really should have taken out a short-term loan, fought, paid back the loan.

    Now he's going to be in worse shape without the payday + sponsor money.

    Translation: Parisyan is a liar. He was doped up again so he found a way out.

    The NSAC had an agreement with him to pay the fine out of his fight purse.

    Damn, that really sucks. i want to say that the UFC might be unreasonable for banning someone for an addiction to something that a lot of fighters probably need to use but Karo had so much time to let Dana know about this, and it's not like DW is completely unreasonable so the banning works out I suppose.
