Katrina response may have been Obama's fault according to Louisiana conservatives

    Turnabout for Dems still blaming Bush for today's failures, I suppose.

    I blame Blanco and Nagin primarily, as should most people, for the initial response to Katrina, and their failures to authorize the national guard when the feds requested (Blanco) and to ignore local evacuation policies using buses (Nagin). Bush had his own failures on it too, for sure.

    Um, no? The stuff that happens now (Under Obama) will be have an impact (negative or positive) on the economy for a lot longer than just now. That's why choices Bush (and previous Presidents/lawmakers) made DO have an impact.

    Trying to act like the two are similar in ANY way shape or form, is being ignorant.
