I'm trying to put everything behind me and concentrate on the season now. It's a good thing." The 28-year-old Kaczur pleaded guilty late last month to speeding in a deal with prosecutors that will put a misdemeanor drug possession charge on hold. He was ordered to pay $355 in fines and fees by a judge in Whitestown, N.Y., who said the drug possession charge will be dismissed if he stays out of trouble for the next six months. The plea deal also required Kaczur to comply with any type of treatment, monitoring or employee assistance program imposed by the Patriots. "I have the support of a great organization and my teammates were all behind me and my family and my wife," Kaczur said. "It's just time to focus on the season now and put everything behind me." The Patriots would not comment on any possible disciplinary action toward Kaczur after announcing in early June that he would remain with the team. "That's kind of between me and the team. What happened in there is kind of between us," the 6-foot-4, 315 pound former third-round draft pick said. "All I can say is that they're really supportive of me, and it's a great reflection on what kind of organization we're in here. They really help their teammates out. It was nice." According to police reports, Kaczur had 202 OxyContin pills labeled as made in Canada when he was pulled over April 27 by state troopers near Utica, N.Y. He was returning from his hometown of Brantford, Ontario, when he was stopped.
