Keith Jardine has been cut from the UFC following his fourth consecutive loss. Jardine has wins over high-ranking light heavyweights Brandon Vera, Chuck Liddell, and Forrest Griffin, but was saddled by a lackluster 6-7 UFC record. Jardine was a contestant on the second season of The Ultimate Fighter. He entered the show with a terrific 9-1-1 pro record. Jardine will likely best be remembered for his shocking upset loss to Houston Alexander or his devastating knockout loss to Wanderlei Silva. The Team Jackson fighter is expected to be offered another opportunity in the UFC if he can string together wins on smaller shows.
