Former Purdue guard Kelsey Barlow has transferred to Illinois-Chicago, Flames coach Howard Moore announced on Thursday. Barlow, a 6-foot-5 guard, was dismissed from Purdue's team last season because of a violation of team rules. He started 29 games in three seasons for the Boilermakers and averaged 8.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists last season.
