It seemed like a good idea at the time... Ken Shamrock filed a lawsuit vs. Zuffa a while back. He was cut by the UFC following his third loss to Tito Ortiz--a decision he claimed broke the contract he had with the UFC which guaranteed him one additional fight. Not only did Shamrock lose this legal battle, he's being ordered to pay $175,000 for Zuffa's legal fees. Ken is expected to fight Seth Petruzelli in Mexico at some point in 2010.
