This is a great signing by the Pacers, and a great move by Kenny. He might even beat out Tinsley as the starter. Kenny is great at running a team's offense and is still capable of hitting the open jump shots consistently. He has had success in the playoffs and will do a good job of getting the athletic players the ball in the right situations.

Very good signing for the Pacers. He should really help anchor this team, especially when the playoffs come rolling around. He's an underrated PG, and beat up on the Pistons in the playoffs as a Celtic two seasons ago.
In that case it's a very good signing, since there's a chance he will be their starting PG at some point this season...
