Anyone watching Kansas wipe the floor with Kentucky? It's a 30 point game with 15 minutes remaining. Brandon Rush has already tied his career high with 20 points...Russell Robinson and C.J. Giles have also added 10 points each.
Strange, I thought this would ruin my Saturday, but I feel pretty calm. Although I pretty much expected a loss, this is just too much for my brain to comprehend I guess. Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel if you catch my drift, drain the tub!

Tubby looked lost on the sideline and looked like he really didn't care. He said the same ole' things in the post game press conference like "we got outhustled," "we didn't show up." Well, no duh Tubby, when you lose by 27 you're definitely doing something wrong. Sorry, but I think it's time for Tubby go. The guy hasn't taken a team to the final four since 1998 and that was with Rick Pitino's players...if Rondo and Morris leaves after this season, then there could be a good chance that we don't even make the tourney next season!
http://www.firetubbysmith.com/ By saying theres light at the end of the tunnel what I mean is, by doing so bad maybe the alumni will see it's time to drain the tub. ( The only good to come out of such bad recruiting and coaching ) I hope we see another 10 loss Tubby as to put the final nail in the coffin.
I think Tubby is an amazing coach. He makes great teams (they've won one NCAA tourney and it probably would have been two if not for injury). I do think, though, that this season is awful enough, and previous seasons have been mediocre, so that he could be fired maybe...

They've got a hell of a lot of tradition, and even though he may have won the NCAA tournament, wasn't it with Pitino's players? Tubby's not getting the recruits anymore either. At a school like Kentucky, they expect Final Fours and 5-star recruits. Who would you get to replace Tubby though, Bob Huggins?

A few guys that I like are Mark Few, Thad Matta, Billy Donovan, John Pelphrey, Mike Montgomery...I doubt we would ever get any of these guys, but I just want someone who can recruit. Tubby recruits nothing but guards and he has no clue how to utilize them...Crawford has no business being at 3-guard; I find it ironic that Joe plays 2-guard most of the Ohio game and all he does is score a career high 23 points. But no, Tubby just has to start Sparks who has sucked it up basically every game except maybe one... I hope this will be just a one year thing, but after seeing next year's recruiting class, I've got a feeling this won't be just a one year thing.
