    There are dozens if not hundreds of different types of mustards. You can always find a new taste that will surprise you, kind of like beer. Ketchup is standard, boring.

    Very true. My wife has forced me to curb my addiction to purchasing and trying new mustards.

    As far as ketchup, it sucks and that is what BBQ sauce is for (except for the Carolina vinegar based stuff).
