Keyboard help..

For some reason, some of the keys do different tasks than they are supposed to. When I press the up arrow the help window always pops up; when I press 1 or 6, 16 comes out..stuff like that..I was wondering if anybody here knows I could fix my comp keyboard.

 

Did you press number lock?

 

Yeah lol what I mean is, it's like some keys have changed functions e.g. up arrow makes the help window (for whatever program is open at the time) come up, and when I press enter (the one on the far right when on a search bar it acts like the #1 key..

 

Did you take all your keys out and put them in the wrong place?

 

u might be accidentally holding the alt button or something, are u sitting on it?
