http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_ylt=Agnc...ov=ap&type=lgns Lol... the one thing that is funny for me is that kobe DEMANDED a trade for the Lakers to surround him with at least 1 more all - star player... and all he gets is J. C. whereas Pierce simply asks nicely to the Celtics and what does he get? Ray Allen AND KG Oh yeah and LOL at Mchale for rejecting Bynum AND Odom for KG... this somewhat shows that he is trying to bring back the glory to Boston LOL

no its green, seb, theo, AL and gomes and 2 future 1st rounders. that is the proposed deal on all the BBall news website articles.
I thought it was Green/Gomes/Jefferson/Telfair/Ratliff (expiring contract) and 2 first round picks. That deal is much better than Odom/Kwame/Bynum.

^ the thing is, I don't think Minnesota wants Lamar Odom. He has a big contract and it's not expiring. Plus, Minnesota values Al Jefferson over Andrew Bynum, and I'd take Gerald Green over Jordan Farmar any day of the week. The only way we were going to get Garnett was if we somehow got a 3rd or 4th team involved, which obviously wouldn't happen because Mitch is a dumbass and he is retarded. Our only shot was Garnett asking Minnesota to trade him to LA, which didn't seem THAT far fetched at the time since Garnett and Kobe are good friends, both are hungry for a championship, and Garnett lives in Malibu over the summer. But obviously he wasn't excited by the thought of playing in Los Angeles so the trade had no possibilty of going down
