Just heard it on the Loose Cannons radio show.

Dallas trades Josh Howard, Devin Harris, Desagna Diop, and Greg Buckner for KG.

Cuban wants to do everything in his control to make sure KG doesn't end up in Phoenix.

Hartman also said last week that it was a done deal of KG to the Suns. So I wouldn't take anything he says seriously.

That deal is going to suck for every team not named Dallas Mavericks.

Surely Lamar Odom, Andrew Bynum and draft picks is better than the above deal? I still doubt KG can win a title in Dallas though. It takes more than two players to win a championship, just take the 04 Lakers (Payton was overrated) against the Pistons. I still feel the Spurs have a much better overall team.

Bad trade for Dallas, they practically lose all their depth. Cuban's an ass for doing this, he just wants KG so Suns don't get him. He's probably still butt sore knowing the fact that Nash is flourishing in Phoenix and would hate to see him improve with KG. IMO, Dallas does not benefit from this trade.

Bad deal for Dallas, they won't improve. They are practically giving up young depth for one aging forward.

Meh, youth comes and goes. I'd much rather win a title with a KG & Dirk combo.

I guess that Cuban is really desperate to win a championship. But I will laugh if this trade goes thru and the Mavericks loose again in the playoffs. lol But i will be sad if KG goes to Dallas he's better off in La than in Dallas

I really don't see how this deal is better than Lamar Odom, Andrew Bynum, and Kwame Brown, but whatever floats McHale's boat I guess. To be completey honest with you, I'd much rather have Garnett playing for Phoenix than Dallas. But whatever. If this trade goes through, they're instant favorites to win the title this year.

I'm still waiting on move for the Lakers...

Not unless the Mavericks somehow loose in the playoffs again just like this year to the Warriors.

On second thought, at least it's better than seeing KG in Phoenix...

Because Howard's got more value than Odom, Harris has more value than Bynum, and Brown... well, who the **** wants Kwame Brown?

No way, by trading all those players away, the Mavs lose their depth and there is no chance that they can compete with the Spurs.

I'll be damned if the deal goes through. But there's no talk of such a deal on local radios out here.

Mavs still have enough depth after this trade. If we could sign Gerald Wallace,

Terry/Stackhouse/Gerald Wallace/Dirk/KG should help compete with the Spurs and the Suns for sure.

KG to Dallas will suck since there trading a lot of young guys for KG.Boy will it suck if Dallas ends up losing in the playoffs again.

    Howard + Harris + Diop > KG

I don't like this one bit. Please let it be a rumour.

I really don't want to give up Harris and I like having Diop around because he's an outstanding shot blocker on our team.

I don't know about this one.

This is a rumor... if it was a credible rumor, it would be all over ESPN.
