wow... last night they win on a circus shot and tonight they pound the Spurs 102-84 to hand the Spurs one of their most lopsided defeats of the year.
Bonzi was just flat spectacular. Career high in rebounds and just kept getting his shots.

Time to go back to SA and show that being one of the few to win on the road in SA was no fluke!

The key for the Kings in game 5 is going to be continuing to keep parker from having a layup drill ,and counter adjustments. The Spurs flat out dont have a way to stop Wells and Artest. Ginobli doesnt have a way to score with Artest guarding him.the Kings current gameplan is brilliant. Adelman can thank Bonzi and Artest for being such beasts and enabling the current gameplan. I'll post more later...

Now the only we way Kings win game five if Artests do what he did to Gillnobili today and keeping parker in check while trying to deny the entry to duncan. On the offensive end no problem

they did a great job of shutting Ginobli down and fronting Duncan to deny him the ball.
game 5 is critical. if they get the next game I think they will take the series.
They can do it... its just a matter of getting it done.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">On the offensive end no problem</div> Im not so sure its that cut and dry. The only thing the Kings really need to do are given things that every team needs to do in order to win. The first thing is SAC has to not turn the ball over. If they turn the ball over then they start the Spurs fastbreak which means you have parker and ginobli playing the way they want to play, running all over the court getting easy points and making plays. The second given thing the Kings must do on offense is make shots from the perimeter. If the kings dont make shots then the spurs get to try and clog the middle, that makes things alot more difficult on our two mismatches which are Bonzi and Artest. The Kings shoot well then the spurs cant pack the middle and Artest and Bonzi have all that nice space to post up that like they have been. Taking care of the ball and keeping parker out of the lane are the keys to winning the series for the Kings. Theyve shown that theyre capable of doing these things and if SAC can stay focused I'll like their chances.[IMG] [IMG]

Gotta give the Kings credit. After game 1, everyone thought San Antonio would need no more than 5 games, but the Kings are giving them a tough series. I would LOVE to see Sacramento pull off the huge upset.
