Looks like Kakko might be out a while. Why do I get the sense he was trying to play through an injury, didn't tell anybody and then when Gallant benched him for a while and moved him to the 4th line, he said you know what, fuck you and then told the trainer and said you aren't worth it. Just seems very odd after he got benched he is suddenly out with an injury that could keep him out weeks.

Kakko looked very dominant in the pre-season. I know it's the pre-season but it was noticeable. After he got hurt early in the season, he never looked the same. I'm thinking he's been playing through something all season as I see this news.

This will allow Barron to get more ice time out there. Glad that Tinordi got waived but I am also seeing he was assigned to the taxi squad so his days as a Ranger don't appear to be over just yet.

Barron isn’t playing. I believe Gallant would rather play seven defenseman than give him playing time

It's a bad matchup for them, even though the Kings are young. Miller's trade value isn't even all that high i don't think.

No quit in this team. If you're not enjoying this season I'm not sure what you're looking for.

Yeah, if there is one thing I have learned about this team you look foolish counting them out when they are down...especially by just one goal with an entire period left to play.

Great hustle play by Mika to get back and help stop that kings 2 on 0 in the third. Glad to see Laf come through in the shootout with that clutch goal to keep the rangers alive

Ho hum another win but it's all for naught since the kid's development is being stifled by that dream killing ogre GG. Guess Turk is too busy keeping the team rolling along cracking the code and unleashing CK upon the NHL. Fans like me have been waiting years for this CK to emerge. Laf had a huge shootout goal tonight, he needs to do a lot more of that. There should be a buzz in the Garden every time he's on ice.

Typical panzer. The coach is always right players always wrong. You said the same thing about Quinn, said the same thing about a AV, said the same thing about Torts. You kissed their asses also. Do some research you will not find another team in the league that has high draft picks and doesn’t give them first power-play time only the Rangers are that fucking stupid. Go look at how much power playtime Zegras and Raymond get. Or Cozens. Or Hughes. You are on fucking drugs if you think that Strome and Kreider are going to win you a Stanley Cup versus the elite teams in this league. If you think Lafreniere is going to generate a buzz in the garden when he doesn’t get first power-play time and isn’t on a scoring line with players that actually wanna incorporate him you are high. If you put Lafreniere on the Penguins I guarantee they would put them on the first power-play unit and he would be getting 70 points in a year or two.

Don't know how many times dopes in this fan base must be told this. You aren't going to put up a ton of points as a young player if you aren't getting about 18 minutes of ice time along with first unit PP time. It won't happen. Get that through your thick heads. Lafreniere barely averages 13 minutes a game and gets almost no PP time each game. Kreider gets 18 1/2 minutes a game. If he wasn't on the PP he would have 15 goals and 7 assists this year and probably less than that because his confidence would be down. Zibanejad would have 7 goals and 18 A without the PP time getting 19 1/2 minutes a game. It's mind boggling we have fans so fucking stupid they can't grasp where most of top scorers points come from. Strome would have 7 goals and 17 assists playing 18 minutes a game without the PP. Panarin would have 8 goals 19 assists playing 19 minutes a game without the PP time.
