Kirk Hinrich's Injury

    How severe is it? Will KP pull the trigger on a pre-deadline deal that involves Hinrich and his injury status?

    I guess we'll have to just wait and see.

    I like the idea from the Bulls poster in a different thread, go after Hinrich AND Deng. Get the Bulls out of two big salaries. I don't really know how they value those players, since Paxson is an idiot, and that team is a mess, but would like seeing both of them here.

    Kirk tore a ligament in his thumb, so it's the kind of thing he obviously can't play through, but I can't imagine it's anything that would affect him in the long-run or recur.

    As far as Deng... I dunno. I'm starting to get worried that he's not recovering his 2006-2007 form. I'd be open to trading him for the right deal, but I don't see anyone the Blazers would give up that I'd see as an adequate return.
