    The Eredivisie is a great stepping stone for American players trying to move up from MLS.

    You're right M21, it should be a stop for every American player before they go to EPL, Bundesliga, Il Calcio, La Liga, etc.

    Kljestan would be wise to go to Heerenveen. They worked wonders for Michael Bradley and Kljestan is usually more of an attacking player than Bradley is. If Bradley was able to do what he did, despite being more natural at defensive mid, I would wonder that Kljestan could do as he has better attacking and scoring skills.
