He was trying to draw a foul after their was contact. Notice Kobe didnt even look at Ginobili or even have a look of malice on his face. He went for the ball right after the elbow which means he wasnt thinking of doing anything intentional. He was totally concentrated on the game and he felt bad after he did. Stu Jackson is an idiot.
