<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">While Isiah Thomas and Knicks personnel director Brendan Suhr embarked on a college scouting trip yesterday, Larry Brown said they are just as likely to package their pair of late first-round of picks in a trade for a young veteran on draft night. A source said the Knicks will look to package the picks with Maurice Taylor, who'll be entering his contract's expiring year. Brown feels the Knicks have enough youngsters. "We got seven young kids right now," Brown said. "There's a lot of things you can do with draft picks."</div> New York Post How about no. Taylor's expiring contract next year needs to come off the books, in my opinion. We need to just scrap this team up and rebuild. Don't get me wrong, if we can get a star in this league for Taylor and a couple of picks, I'd be all for it, but chances are we'll get someone on Chris Webber's level. That's not what I want. Let's just package our picks up and try and get into the lottery.
