After falling out of the top three in the NBA Draft lottery, it’s nearly a foregone conclusion the Knicks will miss out on the gems of this year’s draft class in Karl-Anthony Towns, Jahlil Okafor and D’Angelo Russell. So at No. 4 on the board, could Wisconsin big man Frank Kaminsky be the guy for the Knicks? He reportedly is meeting with New York next week.
