Source I'm sure you guys have heard about it, but damn, this shit is intense.
The devil's workout.
Does he still do this? I know he was doin' this when he bulked up to around 225 or so.
That workout is just nuts. I could never imagine doing something like that on a consistent basis.
The crazy thing about it is the running. 2 hours of running. Ugh!
He no longer does this workout.
