    I find that a little odd.

    TBH, I was disgusted with the memorial service. The man was an icon, yes...but...can you pimp out his death anymore? And then, the city of LA wants people to donate money to pay for the service? Gimme a fuckin' break.

    Where was the city to pay for the parade of the Champs?

    The city of LA is asking for donations to help pay for it. Word is it cost them between $2-$4 million!

    Its a joke.

    The city of LA spent about $2.6 I believe on police and security. It was unnecessary. The turn out wasn't as big as they thought it would be. They based it off of the Lakers' parade.
