    I guess it might be possible for Lebron to beat it. Lebron is gonna be 23 in a few days, and he has 9000 pts. If he plays every game it'll probably take him 5 years @ 2200 pts/ year. So he'll get it when he is 28 1/2. But if he doesn't play every game, and has a bad season, he could easily reach 20k pts at 29 1/2 years, which is longer than it took Kobe.
