Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani condemned blasts which hit two Coptic churches in Egypt on Sunday (April 9), killing 44 and wounding many others. The blasts hit a Coptic church in Egypt’s Nile Delta city of Tanta and Saint Mark’s Cathedral in Alexandria. Barzani issued a statement on Monday (April 10) expressing condolences to the government of Egypt and the families of the victims. “The repetition and continuity of the terrorist acts in the world are a dangerous sign and an alarm which requires great and firm measures against terror and terrorists in the world,” Barzani said. “The international community needs to further cooperate.” Read more http://www.nrttv.com/EN/Details.aspx?Jimare=13782
