<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>He is running and jumping and cutting and he isn't experiencing pain...or worry. As Fred Kerber reports in the Post, that was not the case earlier this summer. The Nets' 7-footer was worried. Kerber reports that while rehabbing from the torn ACL in his left knee, he suffered an unrelated sprain in his MCL and there was pain. Not anymore. Krstic likes the Nets lineup: "I think we'd have a pretty good team."</div></p> http://www.nypost.com/seven/09112007/sport..._pain.htm</p>
The 'worry' part is what has me the most relieved. So much of coming back from an injury like that is building confidence in your joint. I'm glad the knee feels good, and that he's not going to be scared to take it to 100%
That scared me for a second until I read the rest. I really think that this will be Nenad's year just cause he is relied to play more of "his game" then the inside game. Jamaal will take alot of pressure off of him as will the big 3 with their constant passing to him for open jumpers to give him even more confidence. I hope he really gets recognized this year and helps the team in ways he hasn't before.
This is terrific news for New Jersey, after a sub par 06-07 because of injuries to Krstic/Jefferson, it's vital that they start off the next season with a healthy cast ready to perform at their best. This team on paper, should be a contendor for the Eastern Conference title, but lack of post scoring has stopped them from reaching this goal. How far the Nets go has alot to do with how Krstic performs.

Imagine what Jason Kidd could turn him into. Boy, am I looking forward to this season. </p>

Krstic has the talent to be able to create at least some sort of prescence in the post.

I see him averging around 11-14 points a game for us this season. </p>
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (ToddMacCulloch11)</div><div class='quotemain'>This is great news. I really missed watching him play last season.</div> I just i dont see so much 3 second violations. </p>
I can understand Krstic's worrying...if he does not get a big contract next year, he won't be able to pay Vlade Divac the millions Divac put down to Krstic's buyout from Serbia.
