    Well he was never the star. Before his injury, his game was at his highest point and he was becoming a really solid starter. I think if he's on a good team overseas, he can be a star though.

    It's all in his own self-confidence.

    He has to believe he can be one of the best and the leader of that team.

    Until then, he won't succeed, or at least won't tap his potential.
