<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Bucks are expected to make a change in the coaching ranks and it could occur within the next couple of days. Assistant coach Bob Oceipka?s contract is about to expire, and it is believed he?ll be taking a similar job with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Ociepka?s replacement, barring a last minute snafu, will be Larry Krystkowiak, a former Bucks power forward who has been the head coach at the University of Montana the last two years. Krystkowiak met with Bucks officials at the recent pre-draft camp in Orlando and made a strong impression on Bucks coach Terry Stotts and Bucks general manager Larry Harris. Krystkowiak played for the Bucks from 1987-1992. The 6-foot-10 power forward enjoyed his best season in 1988-89 when he averaged 12.7 points and 7.6 rebounds in 80 games, 77 as a starter. Krystkowiak?s career was severely hindered after suffering a major knee injury in a 1989 playoff game against Detroit. It forced him to sit out the entire 1990-91 season. He played one more season with the Bucks but was never the same player. Krystkowiak was one of several individuals who had expressed interest in the job, or the Bucks had interest in. Some of the others were current Dallas assistant coach Paul Mokeski; Joe Wolf, a native of Kohler, who is now coaching the Idaho Stampede of the CBA; Jim Todd, a former Bucks assistant who is now in the same position with the Toronto Raptors, and Bill Cartwright, now an assistant with the New Jersey Nets.</div> Source
