I'm thinkin they should make some hay for Kwame Brown and send Doleac packing. I believe Kwame is still too young and may need an opportunity. Look how Germaine O'neal of the Pacers turned out,..-he sat on Portland's bench for 3 years and then got traded. Now look at him ! Invest in the future man !...even if he has to sit on the Knicks bench awhile and besides what are you really giving up ?

    BTW its Jermaine

Kwame needs a new envoirment, or atleast 10 shots a game, look at his stats when he gets 10 shots a game (my profile) they are always pretty damn good, he should be starting now, i dont know what else he has to prove to EJ...it boggles me.

I think that Doleac to the wizards would be a good trade for Kwame Brown. Im surprised at his stats people say he was the worst wasted draft pick and a lot of other bad s*** about him but when he gets enough open looks he can score and everybody knows he can rebound cut him some slack.. But i do think that he is better than Yao , Yao plays very sloppy(no disrespect) its just my opinion.

look at that draft class, no one has really emerged, if you want to say Pau Gasol has then go ahead, but he isnt being treated right in Washington, Eddie Jordan is treating him like it is his rookie year, if i was kwame i would demand a trade and knock EJ on his ass. He has impressed me a lot, i watch him play every game, and what i am muffled is whenever he has a huge first half, they barely play him the second half. you cant break out with 6.7 shots, he shows what he does with 10+. He is an above average defender, he was frustrating TD the other day, Most of TD's points came on Jared Jeffrries and Brendan Haywood, He is an ok rebounder, he doesnt really figh for postiton, but that will come, and he has pretty damn good speed for a big man, and he also has some really nice low post moves, Next Year he will be good because Larry Hughes will probably be out of Washington, or he will be traded to another team and blow up on them because that is Washington's luck with big men.. ala Chris Webber, Ben Wallace, and so on...

Michael Jordan wouldnt have picked him if he didnt see something in him. I agreee with 10+ shots he can do more than you guys give him credit for + he can reabound and hes a solid defender.

I think the problem is Eddie Jordan. He dosen't start Kwame in the line-up.

Eddie Jordan is weird, he has weird sub pattern and everything, he took Kwame out of the starting lineup and now Kwame is our best big man, and he is still coming off the bench, the Wizards starting L should look like this:

    Pg-Arenas/Blake/Knight
    Sg-Hughes/Dixon/Butler
    Sf-Hayes/Jeffries
    PF-Kwame/Laettner
    C-Thomas/Haywood

    not like this:
    Arenas
    Hughes
    Laetnner
    Jeffries
Haywood....Eddie Jordan was smart, he would atleast start Jeffries at the Sf so he doesnt get pushed around on the low block.

Poor guy man, think about it, being the NBA is so stressful and taxing. So much weight and responsibility on your shoulders. Look at Nene and Yao, they became good after the language barrier was broken. Look at poor Darko, never plays. Kwame I know isn't international, but think of it this way, it's so difficult to adapt to a new situation in any matter. Give him time, he's trying hard so just give it up for him.

You may wanna switch Dixon and Knight. Dixon is a PG right?

Kwame would MELT under the pressure of NY...if he couldnt handle the eyes of MJ and Collins, how's he gonna handle the expectations of a whole city?

Definitely... Like Jermaine O'neal when he entered the league, Kwame wasn't ready but he should be great, even better that the Pacers skinny Power-Forward.
Yet, as you said, if he couldn't bear MJ's critics, he may be unable to deal with a worldwide pressure.
Yet, I'm sure he will be great... just not right now
