ait straite up..i think this kid got major potential, but when he gets in, he doesnt show ne effort, but he also is a second year player from high skwl...not every high skwlr is gon be like amare stoudamire...i think next year he will hav a breakout season, and i think the wizards mite actually good next year also wit stack and hughes and lue...but it hink kwame is capable of avergin 20ppg and 10rpg...juss wonderin what yall think?? :?:
I said this in the wizards forum Kwame needs to get stronger and tougher to be any good in this league..many times in the game today he looked scared to go against smaller celtics defenders...he needs to hit the weights.
I think not. Even if they give him more playing time he still won't produce. A waste of money and a horrible decision by Michael.
he definetely has the athletic ability to be a good player, he doesnt seem like the sharpest basketball mind ever though
he started off great this season but he sux now, he showed flashes n i think he'll breakout next year.
people who are athletic enough to be great in the NBA are a dime a dozen...but it takes more than that...and people have pointed out just what kwame is missing...he's got the athletic upside to be something amazing...but he lacks discipline, work-ethic, and heart...and you aren't going anywhere witout those 3 things...so until he gets those things going...he'll be a nobody...but if he can manage to put himself together...then i think he'll be a force in the league for years to come...
that whole class has so much potential. Chandler, Curry, Griffin, Kwame.....all big men with alot of talent, and flashes of greatness. but also another thing that they share....they all came in too early. They were all too raw. Maybe next year, or the year after they will really start showing up. Out of all of them, i think Chandler and Griffin have the best game. they can post up, or come out for a medium range jumper. and are both long on the defensive end and get quite a number of blocks.
I agree, they came out way too early. I think all players should attend college and get a feel for the NBA game as close as they can. High school to NBA is a huge jump, there are exceptions though. Many players have formed themselves into outstading presences on the court; Kobe, Kevin, and Tracy.

dont forget jermaine too...he's turned out to be quite the 'straight from high school superstar' himself...
I think Kwame Brown will be a good player...when he gets out of washington. It doesnt seem like Doug Collins can coach him all he does is give up on him.
