Brown also has slimmed down to 265 pounds. "He is healthier than he was when he first came back. He's a lot lighter, a lot quicker and more active out there," Jordan said. "I really would like to put him in the fire. We need to get him in rhythm with his teammates. His performance will dictate how much he'll play."</div> So his foot is at 100%, he has lost eight pounds, from 273 to 265. What more could we ask for? He got his quickness back, this is great...the season officially starts for us Wizard fans. Full Article (Registration Required)

I liked the Kwame that we had at that the beginning of the year that looked like a burly giant. Granted he is quicker, but I will take a good big man over a good thin man anyday. At this point I will be satisfied if he can hang on to a pass thats thrown his way. The guy feels compelled to make something happen everytime he touches the ball. He needs to just settle down and realize that we dont need him to score a point, only to rebound and play some decent defense. That being said I hope things go well for Kwame, the guy takes a lot of abuse from the fans and the press.
Well he is going to be nervous, he basically played his first game of the season last night at 100%. I didn't see the game, but the people said at Realgm that he looked good, only 10 minutes I think, he is going to need time to get used to the speed of the game again.
I think he's good, his quickness is a big part of his game, and at 265, he's still a very strong player, so he'll be able to play the PF and C, hold his ground, and still utilize his athletic ability.
Honestly, I hate to say this, but it wasn't hard to see it coming. There's always a couple players every year who bulk up big time because they feel they need size, then hurt their foot because they can't handle the new weight. Happened to Darius Miles his first year on the Cavs, and Kwame's just another casualty of it. Hopefully the shedded weight will help.
