I wasn't happy with my score, but I was watching Quentin (Richardson), and he was struggling. I thought he was out of it, but he got to the next-to-last rack and he just started making everything. He made nine shots in a row, and there's nothing you can do about that. TSN: You had a coat drive last month in which people who donated a coat to charity could come meet you after the game. I understand that went a little too well. <font color="Red">KORVER:</font> It went very well; I was surprised by it. When they were first telling me about it, they figured we'd get 100, 200 maybe 300 coats. Then I would just hang out after the game and shake hands and sign autographs for people who brought them in. But during the week, the P.R. people kept getting phone calls about it, and they came to me and said, "You know, this might be a little bigger than we thought." And it wound up being almost 1,500 coats. It's good to see Kyle doing good things for Philadelphia besides knocking down the three ball. The comparrisons to Ashton Kutcher aren't all hype either... I read in the paper that some girls went into hysteria upon meeting the sophomore sensation. I was a Korver hater last year, but he proved me wrong. I wanted to show him the door because I thought all he would ever be good for is a shot, but he's a really hard worker who shows committment to his game.
Great to see someone who is not only special on the court, but a special guy off the court. That really shows with this young man and Philly is all about Brotherly Love!!
Korver has grown into one of my favorite players. He just is a great shooter and brings that something to a team that many teams need. I`m looking forward to see what Kyle can bring to the table in the future.
