A casted hand is normally a pretty good sign of something broken, but it could be just a precautionary measure. Kyrie Irving is one of the best young players in the league so I imagine they are being extra cautious with him. No need to have suffer an even worse injury in Las Vegas.

I expect that Kyrie Irving will return from this and be better than ever. If he did in fact break bones, that is probably better than having ligament or muscle damage. Bones can heal a lot better than all the tendons and stuff. If it was ligament damage, then fans would have a true reason to be concerned.

Once again, he possibly broke his hand. That does not mean that he actually did. He could just be wearing it as a precaution due to some discomfort. That would be the best case scenario and the worst case would probably sideline Irving for about six weeks.
