Granted, only 3 of those 10 games came on the road, and one was @ the Lakers where they should have felt like playing at home anyway. They lost those other two roadies to the Jazz and Kings. But LA is no Charlotte. They have a formidable frontcourt lineup in Kaman, Brand, and Simmons to rack up those boards, defensive or offensive. And there's Maggette who really knows how to play the refs' calls into his favour. And lastly they have something to play for, that is the playoffs. They still sit well behind the Timberwolves (33-33) and the Lakers (32-32) as the Western teams on the bubble, but with every win and every Laker or Timberwolf loss each day, the picture may very well change soon. - DN: I'm very happy with the way they played in the Bobcats game. Everybody showed up, even Melo did lol. We had the most fastbreak points of the season with 38 and we had the NBA season high of 40 assists on 45 baskets... they really played like a team on a mission. The little downside is health... our frontcourt never seems to be at full strength all season. Just when Camby came back from his harmstring injury, K-Mart chose not to play to rest his knee injury. And of course we have Nene who is still nursing his ankle but should come back soon anytime next week. Game Prediction: I'm picking the Nuggets to win this one, 110-103.
Clippers are a terrible road team, so I'll have to give this to the Nuggets, though a Maggette and Brand explosion could propel the Clippers to a win, they haven't been too good on the road. Denver 98 - Clippers 95
