croping needs work....the text needs work and the bg needs work....umm the pic quality sucks try to find a better pic also
1] Cropping needs some work. It looks very rushed, there is still a lot of stuff that you can get off of him that isn't his jersey. Touch that up.2] The BG isn't very good. Color cordinate it beter with the colors on his jersey, and get some better brushes from Deviant Art.3] I'm not too fond of the text either. You need to get a beter font from Da Font, and get rid of the white under it, that doesn't look good.Keep working you will get better. I tried to give you some good tips since it seems like you're pretty new.Good-Tutorials is also a great place to learn about PS. A whole site dedicated to PS tutorials.
