<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Los Angeles Lakers have placed guard Tony Bobbitt on the injured list due to a lower back strain and activated guard Sasha Vujacic, it was announced today.
The 6?4? Bobbitt, signed December 6th after originally joining the Lakers during the off-season as an undrafted rookie free agent out of the University of Cincinnati, has yet to play in a regular season contest. In seven preseason games, he averaged 6.9 points, 1.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 18.7 minutes.

Replacing Bobbitt on the active roster will be Sasha Vujacic. Vujacic, the Lakers? 2004 first round draft pick (27th overall), is averaging 2.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 5.7 minutes in three games this season. </div>

Maybe this is Sasha's chance to start proving himself?

This is old news. Bobbitt could very well be activated now, since Divac is injured.
