The Lakers did not make a trade by the deadline and so far have not signed any of the players who reached buyouts earlier this week.

When asked if the team would make a move at some point, head coach Phil Jackson said he was planning on have a discussion with Mitch Kupchak on Monday after the general manager returns from a scouting trip in Europe.

"We're still aware of who has been released and when Mitch gets back from Europe, we'll talk about it," Jackson told ESPNLosAngeles.com.

The Lakers would probably add a big man, if a move is made before the end of the season.

I still think we need a shooter. Here's a few free agents still out there Kelenna Azuibuke, Mo Peterson, Michael Finley, & Jannero Pargo.
