to add further, Shaq was 344, Yao Ming was 311 and Lebron is 249.

    This guy is really underweight.

Now that all the former Laker bandwagon fans have officially left to be Clippers and Warriors fans (for now), they need to appeal to the huge Chinese market for jersey and merchandise sales.

Shrewd business move, shitty basketball move (but it's not like it will matter, they will suck equally hard with, or without, Yi).

Doesn't matter. He'd suck just as badly at 350 as at 150 and everywhere in between.

I hope he gets voted into the All-Star game by the fans so that the NBA has to do something different in regards to voting.

NBA All Star Voting is the biggest farce in all of sports. Fans are not unbiased and are crazed. To allow us to choose anything is straight stupid. It will always be a biased vote by the masses...

I completely disagree with you. Fans have so little say in all of professional sports. Nothing wrong with letting them have who they want in the all star game. Fans get no say in All League teams, MVP, MIP, none of the awards. Coaches still get to pick bench players.

It was all right when it was one ticket = one vote. Once they opened up online and internatinal voting, it went in the shitter...
