Los Angeles Lakers center Andrew Bynum had fluid drained from his knee earlier this week only to have it return, according to the Boston Globe. He didn't get involved in the Lakers' short scrimmage yesterday at practice but the Globe reports that Lakers Coach Phil Jackson is planning to have him available to play tonight when L.A. takes on the Boston Celtics for Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Bynum told the Globe that "there's nothing physically that I can't do," but the Boston Herald has it that "the knee still gives Bynum pain when he jumps and moves laterally." So all he has to do is avoid jumping and moving laterally during the game, right?
