where the hell is everyone? i was expecting a thread like to be made already. Anyways, the Lakers and Hawks have started out REALLY slow so far.
For everyone thinking it's been good defense, the offense for both teams are just horrible. Also: -Kobe's shot has not been falling -JJ has been worse -Bynum playing some great ball with his footwork and use of his length - Josh Smith has been everywhere so far
First half done. -Smush with 3 fouls and a tech -Kobe and co. have really been gambling on D resulting in a lot of steals -Offence has been sloppy on both sides. Not so much execution, but shots are just not falling. The Lakers must be tired from the road trip or something cause nothing has really been falling, Bynum has ben the only one who has impressed me thus far
That's funny, i hate west coast games, its 10.30 here in jersey when the lakers play on the west coast
I can't stand smush anymore. he is so careless with the ball, he tries to be to fancy and causes turnovers. when will farmar start? he is great with the ball and evertime he comes in, it seems the team is sparked. he starts all the runs. If not start, atleast give him more minutes. he's only in there a lot tonight because of foul trouble from smush. it also seems that team is at a calm when farmar is in, things are smoother, and kobe plays better
I disagree. Lately, Farmar has been careless with the ball and his shot has been slumping while Smush has been playing fantastic.
true, but overall, in my mind, farmar has been an igniter. he doesnt have the better stats, but pumps the team up, on the upside, vlad starting to pick things up lately, hopefully it continues.
I think Vlade's been picking things up because he's starting. He also seems to play with a certain level of confidence when he's on the court with Kobe, I'm loving it!
ya, i agree, he has a lot of confidence. he's having fun too. in the beginning of the year, it didnt seem he was having fun, but now he's sorta gelled in the role w/ kobe
55-53 Lakers with 2:30 to go in the 3rd. - Kobe has been playing decently so far, not great, but good ball from him shooting efficiently. -Smush has obviously been struggling with 4 PFs, shooting 0-5 from the field.
-Lamar shooting a horrendous 4-16. Josh Smith's length is giving Lamar serious problems -The Hawks shooting 35%, yet are only down 2. That says A LOT.
-LOL @ Kobe's serious flop -Josh Smith with a great block on Evans -If only the Hawks made their free throws, they'd be up big.
