Kobe, is there and he is only 6'2 so I think he's going to be the PG. I haent heard about this guy before this, but he's probably good if they signed him.
little by little this laker team is getting more depth to its rosters. and with the new coach Rudy T this team is definitely not the same Laker team 5 years ago....
I think you guys might be forgetting that Nate Johnson and Tony Bobbit might not actually make the "real" team. They're just being invited to training camp so their contracts aren't guarateed. Still, let's hope one of them is good...
I think they are basically just tring to get as many young talented point guards as they can to split the point guard job because they really have no solid starting point guard right now. A rookie starting for you out west at point guard will not help you much, but if you have two or three young players that can handle the ball a little they can wear down the older point guards out west with there speed and quickness. They are probably gona do a three man rotation at point guard from what I see looking at there roster between atkins, nate, and there rookie. They also might bring back some guys they signed for a little while last year like tht Carter or if the Bulls release Pargo bring him back to the Lakers.
