Pinnock who was drafted by dallas in the second round, hes a guard out of George Washing college and here is his profile: http://www.nba.com/draft2006/profiles/J.R.Pinnock.htmlNamed First Team All-Atlantic 10 as a junior. Also earned All-District 4 honors from the NABC. Named Atlantic 10 Sixth Man of the Year as a junior, and earned league All-Rookie Team honors as a freshman. As a senior, helped George Washington become only the third team in Atlantic-10 history to go undefeated in league play, along with Temple (1983-84) and St. Joseph?s (2003-04). Finished collegiate career as the 29th all-time leading scorer in George Washington history with 1,121 points. he doesnt seem all that bad,so its like we traded an unknown nobody with a little potential for a nice rookie and a good defender and backup for kobe in maurice evans wow a pretty good move by mich :happy0144:

I shut the TV off and threw the remote ( I still havent found it ) when we took Samb or w/e.But then come to find out today we get Evans for him... meh pretty good move Mitch, he reminds me of Devean George, adds depth.Still should of tried to trade up and get Marcus...

There are quite a few undrafted rooks that would have looked much better on the Lakers then this guy.

There were several players that went undrafted that would have made much more since imo, but then again I don't know anything about Pinnock. I like the trade for Evans a lot. He will give the Lakers some tough D and a decent backup to Kobe which is something they lacked. GO FARMAR!
